The
industry of plastic-making machine in Ningbo City Zhejiang
Province was originated in 70s' of last century.At that
time, the first factory which had the ability to product
the 60g-product plastic-making machine was Ningbo Dongfeng
machine factory, which was later changed its name Ninbo
general factory of plastic factory. The general factory
had educated many specialists for the industry of plastic-making
machine in Ningbo. Some of them became the bosses of new
plastic-making machine factories, others became the technical
special lists
In 90s' of twenty century,there
were some new star factories in Ningbo industry of plastic-making
machine, the No1 is Haitian factory, and its family factories
just like Haitai, Haida, Haibo, Haixing, Haiqiang, etc.
These private enterprises have flexible principle and
higher market adaptability to become the main actors in
the industry of plastic machine in Ningbo.
There have been 130 entreprises
of plastic-making factory in Ningbo with over twenty thousand
workers. In 2004, there are over thirty five thousand
machines in different types, six hundred million yuan
sales, and seven hundred million yuan profits. In the
effect of industry chain, the plastic-making machine production
has become one of the main productions in Ningbo.
There are five obvious characteristics
in the development of the plastic-making machine production
in Ningbo:
1. With higher industry and district
congregation, a rather typical economical district. There

Jiangbei, Jiangdong, Yinzhou and Beilun, with obvious

higher level in inner country. In present , Ningbo has

in Zhoushan District and more hydraulic part factories
in Ningbo to supply complete hydraulic pressure system

5 The last one is that Ningbo is a
big eastern harbor with good adventage and investment
circumstance. In several years, the famous plastic machine
enterprises from Taiwan, HongKong and other countries,
for example, HKs' Zhenxiong, Japanese Zhuyou, Taiwans'Jinji
and Ningbos' development district. It can be seen, in
2007, the production of total machine of plastic-making
machine will reach 50000 with value 13.5 billion yuan.
Ningbos' profession of plastic-making machine faces both
opportunity and challenge
The professional association of plastic-making
machine in Ningbo was beginning to be stablished in October
2002, and finished in 28th, March 2003. Now it has 79
numbers, and its president is Mrs.Zhang Jianming who is
the general manager of Ningbos' Haitian group Ltd.Co.
Its secretary general is Mrs.Shi Bo. The task of the association
is to investage, to suggest, to do management and coordination,
to self-contral, to do information guidance and all direction
service and pay more attention to the aspects as follows:
---for the enterprises and serve the enterprises. The
association present the enterprises to give suggestion
and advice to the government, to be a good bridge and
link, especially in the national organizing of professional
adjustment and development plan.
---to establish higher beginning and platform for the
professional development. The association will obey the
international law to strengthen information exchange between
inner country and outer country, to organize the coterie
to inspect each other, to conduct production exhibition
and fair, to introduce the Ningbos' production to inner
and outer national market.
---to standardize the professional behaviour, to intensify
the professional self-contral and create a good, just,
well-ordered environment for competition.
The establishment of Ningbos' plastic-making
professional association gained more attention from inner
and outer country. It will keep connection with inner
